DS90UB913A-Q1: DS90UB913Q & DS90UB914Q Clock Source Frequency Doesn't Match in BIST Mode

Hi Team,

As shown below, in BIST mode, when chosen clock source in 914 0x24[2:1] =00 , the clock source frequency mapped to 913 0x14 [2:1] = 00 doesn't match. I'm wondering what happened. Thanks!

    Hi Nancy,

    The table 9 you have attached reflects the clock option when 913 is in normal operation.

    When in BIST mode, the clock mode should only be chosen from 914 side and table 10 is the correct table to refer to in BIST mode.
