We need to interface a Mipi camera sensor(RAW 10 bit) to the processor parallel camera port through a 2m cable. We are planning to use the DS90UB953TRHBTQ1 Serializer with the DS90UB934TRGZTQ1 De-serializer (in RAW 10 bit mode) for this. We are planning for a 2m Mini HDMI cable for the connection between the serializer and De-serializer boards.
In "SNLA270" Ti Application Report document it is given that STP mode is not suitable when using DS90UB953TRHBTQ1 Serializer with the DS90UB934TRGZTQ1 De-serializer and it looks like we should use in coax mode. But we have no options to go with co-axial cable due to mechanical constraints.
So, can anyone suggest an option to use the DS90UB953TRHBTQ1 Serializer with the DS90UB934TRGZTQ1 De-serializer in STP mode.
