Dear Team:
Customer use TCA9406 to do I2C level shift from A=1.8V to B=2.5V.
But got rising time with 2 segment slew rate as attached.
Is it correct? or can we adjust something to imprve it?

Hello Thomas,
The TCA9406 has a Rise Time Accelerator which gives means once the voltage on a node raised to a specific level due to the pull up resistor on the bus, the TCA9406 then puts an additional small value parallel resistance on the bus for a short time. The waveform you are seeing is what is expected.
What is the concern from the customer? Can you explain what you mean by improving it???? Make the rise time faster or slower??? Give use more information about what the customer thinks the problem is.
