DS90UB960-Q1: I want to know the difference between DS90UB964 and DS90UB960

   Dear all:

        I want used DS90UB960,but it not release. Is it the same as DS90UB964 except resolution? Can we used DS90UB960 replace DS90UB964 if it release? thanks

    Hello,
    The DS90UB960 supports 2MP+ resolution typically and 1080p/60fps imagers vs 1MP+ and 720p/60fps or 1080p/30fps imagers for the 964. Also the 960 supports synchronous clocking mode (when used with 953) and provides some advanced diagnostic features compared to the 964.

         Thanks for your support ! I have a problem about DS90UB960.

         If we used DS90UB953, we need used DS90UB960 as DES HUB?   DS90UB964 not support DS90UB953? only support DS90UB913A/933?

    Hello,
    The 953 serializer can work with 914A and 934 deserializers in the backwards compatible mode with parallel outputs, but for the CSI-2 mode you need to use the 960 with the 953. The 964 version supports 913A/933 serializers only.

    Also as mentioned before the 960 has some additional features such as synchronous clocking mode when used with the 953.
