DS90UB940-Q1: how to configure the DS90UB940 CSI-2 output data format according to the input format of DS90UB947?

Hi, All

I have trouble about the the CSI-2 output data format of DS90UB940.

According to the section 8.4.5 in the datasheet, the DS90UB940-Q1 CSI-2 Tx supports multiple data types, and the output format can be configured by setting register.

According to the Table 10, when IFMT is 0x00(RGB444), the OFMT can be configured to six output format, does it mean that the DS908UB940 can convert the RGB444

into different output format internally ?

And how can I set the IFMT to RGB565?

Color space conversion is only available from RGB to YUV. For RGB565, the setting is below described in d/s page41.
RGB565 0x22 00 0010 RGB565 image data

So 940 can convert RGB to YUV format. And according to the d/s page 65 IFMT register configure, it can not support RGB565 input format?

Yes, only few video translate can be done by UB940 as it is NOT isp-like chip.
