I have a application need a Ethernet Lan Switch IC that support 10G

I find ts3l501e,although it's support to 600Mhz, it's support 10G, but the return loss need to < -16dB

Is there any Ethernet Lan Switch IC that have the following conditions

1. support 10G

2. return loss need to < -16dB

3. 8-Channel SPDT is the best, but even 1-channel SPDT is fine .

I don't think we specify the return loss of the signal switches in the datasheet. I think the best course of action will be to find a switch that will fit into your system using the switch search tool on TI.com and then measure the return loss of that device.

Did you like the TS3L501E device? Would you like a newer TS3DV642?
