DP83822HF: Propagation delay from cable to MII and back

The datasheet of DP83822xx does not give any clue about the propagation delay of an Ethernet packet from MII signaling to physical cable and vice versa. Are there any figures available regarding this for 10MBit transmission and 100MBit transmission?
