DS125MB203: Hardware Design issue

I want to use DS125MB203 as 2:1 MUX between optics module (SFP+) and SoC. The differential lines are CML 9.95328Gbps for XGPON. There is internal termination with SoC (100ohm) and AC coupling within optics module. The application is as shown below. Signal from any of the one optics module (electrical ) will reach SOC.

Do I need to put AC coupling capacitors between SoC and DS125MB203? Is there any requirement for any external termination?
