I have designed USB hub based on the TUSB8041 EVM without EEProm , but when plug the Up stream ,the PC cann't recognize the USB hub because the device descriptor request failure. who can help me ,Thanks.
PS: When I test the Voltage of pins, it seems wrong. for example，PWRON2_BATEN2 (pull up to 3.3V) is about 1.4V,FULLPWRMGMTZ_SS_UP (pulldown) is about 1.4BV,and AUTOENZ is too ,etc. Who can tell me what is the matter? Thanks.
