As title, we would like check should we need connect EN to VCCB??

Our schematic as below

By the way, A side have pull up resistor in other page

    Hello Shu-Cheng,

    Yes, it is generally a good idea to pull the enable line high if you want the device to remain constantly enabled. The EN pin does have an internal pull-up to VCCB as well, and so if the pin is left floating the default state will be for the chip to be enabled. Having an external pull-up is useful, though, since in most cases internal pull-up resistances are fairly weak.
