DS90UB934-Q1: IDX setting : Rhigh = Open, Rlow = Short to GND

Hi team,

I have 2 questions about IDX and MODE pin of UB934.

1. When you select No.0 in table 7 datasheet 23 page, Rhigh should be Open and Rlow should be 10kohm to GND.

Is there any concern to just short IDX pin to GND, instead of connecting through 10kohm?

2. Is that OK to select different combination of resistors for Mode pin pull up and down, as far as you select the same divide ratio to achieve Vtarget?

Hi,

1. Yes, you could short the IDX to GND.

2. Yes, as long as you try to get the same voltage target.
