However I can't found IBIS model on web.

By the way, It's a IBIS model of DS25CP102.

Can we use the it instead of IBIS model of DS25CP152?

I am concerned that about the difference in AC characteristics between DS25CP152 and DS25CP102.

The DS25CP102 and CP152 have the same output characteristics in the model. The IBIS model does not include any output de-emphasis from the DS25CP102 design.
