I want to know whether DS90UB964-Q1 is compatible with DS90UB953-Q1 serializer or not.

    Yes, the combo 953 and 964 can work if the video input match 964's bandwidth.

    Dear Steven&Team，

    I choosed a image sensor with 960p resolution，12 bits per pixel，60 fps. So the max output data rate would be OK for DS90UB964-Q1's bandwidth.

    But in the datasheet of 964, it only supports three modes. Their are 12-bit LF/12-bit HF/10-bit DVP mode(DS90UB913AQ/913Q/933Q compatible) .

    And in the functional block diagram of 964, it has a block named 'Serial to Parallel', it is very different from 954.

    Therefore, I guess that 964 can not deserialize the CSI-2 protocol serial data from 953, but I am not sure that.

    Please help to confirm this issue. Has anyone ever done that before?
