Hello.

I have a question about ULN2003A.

Ic=100mA、Vin=2.85V
Ambient temperature：-10～70℃

Does it work under this condition? (Can you turn it on?)
Are there reference materials?

    The device should work under those conditions, but if you can tell me more about the application and operating conditions I can give you a detailed answer. 

    For reference materials, please refer to the ULN2003A datasheet. Page 17 has a few system examples that might help you.
