SN65MLVD200: about the difference SN65MLVD200D and SN65MLVD200AD

Hi,

Customer wants to replace from SN65MLVD200D to SN65MLVD200AD.
(Because, SN65MLVD200D entered the NRND state.)

In considering replacement, Customer wants spec difference data.
Do you have information on the difference?

If possible, the customer wants to replace the device with the current circuit.
And Could you give me advice on replacement concerns.

Hi Yusuke-san,

SN65MLVD200AD is functionally equivalent to SN65MLVD200D. There are a few slight differences in some parameters (please see the 2 datasheets), but the somewhat significant differences are that SN65MLVD200AD has higher ESD rating and improved jitter and skew.
