DP83TC811R-Q1: PHY can not link up when two same borad connected

We used two dp83tc811 board connected each to test our design and found phy can not link up each, but evm can link up, this is abnormal,

pls help to give me some constructive suggestions.

Hi,

Are you ensuring that one PHY is configured for Master mode and the other for Slave mode operation?
Also, are you ensuring that the Master mode PHY is configured for autonomous operation?
