DS90LV804: Will On-Chip 100Ω Input Termination Resistor be detrimental to TMDS (CML) signaling

I would like to use this part to translate TMDS signals which are CML signals to LVDS.  I don't typically see a 100Ω differential termination resistor at the receiver since the signal lines will be pulled up to 3.3V with 50Ω resistors at the receiver end.  It seems like the 100Ω on chip resistor in parallel with the two 50Ω pull up resistors in series will result in a effective termination resistance of 50Ω.  Will this be detrimental to the signaling?  Thanks for the help!
