TPS65983B: Ball pitch issue

Hello,

              Our TPS65983B ball pitch is very small feedback from customer. Does it will cause any SMT issue? Below is intel Thunderbolt CRB layout, The red box show oval ball not circle ball pad. Do we have this oval ball pad layout pattern ? Thank you.

    Hi Patrick,

    I have good news for you, we have the oval ball land pattern on the TPS65983B datasheet. Look at section 12.1.2 of the datasheet. Thank you for using TI parts for your design :-)
