What is the cable length? Please ensure you do not introduce too much loss if you are using longer than 7m cable. You could instead try and put a 5pF capacitor between + and -. You can also use a CMC choke

The cable length is shorter than 3m. We used CM choke already.

Then this is OK. Please use 5pF between + and - if possible
