Hiro,

The Machine Model ESD rating was tested and passed up to ±200V.

The storage temperature range is -65C to 150C. The device is tested up to 150C, so I can say that functionally it will work up to the temperature, and since thermal shutdown happens at 165C, it's also safe to say that the device is reliable up to this temperature. Past this, I can't guarantee correct function or reliability.

I noticed in your inquiry about the Maximum Junction Temperature you placed "(min.)" after, what exactly did you mean by this?

Hello Eric-san,

Thank you for your sending these information, these are helpful for out customer.

Excuse me for confuse you,

the customer just want to know the minimum junction temperature value.

Some datasheet describe min and max junction temperature values in "absolute maximum ratings" table,

however, SN65HVD251 datasheet shows only max value, so they asking it.
