I'm using a XIO2001 PCIe-to-PCI bridge to convert to a PCI native device. I'm having trouble with seeing the device enumerate on the PCIe bus. I'm suspecting chip requirements for the REFCLK+/- pins and have tried a few changes but still no enumeration.
I'd like to request a schematic review if at all possible.
