Is this part capable of operating at lower datarates?
It says up to 10.3125Gbps, but I can’t find if there is a low end of the operating range.
If possible, we would like to use it as a mux for an SFP+ module, but we need that interface to also operate with a lower speed 1Gbps SFP module.
