Please help to check whether 953 could work with 964?

    You should use the 960 with the 953 so the CSI-2 mode and the additional features such as synchronous clocking mode when using with 953 can be taken advantage of. For more information about the 960, please contact your local TI support. The 964 is for using with the 913A and 933 serializers.
