please help to check whether 933 or 953 could work with HISPI interface?

Fery,

Please check whether the HiSPI I/f can catch DPHY request based on electrical spec. and frame format. DS90UB933 is standard LVCMOS I/f, and UB953 is standard DPHY I/f.
