TUSB4041I-Q1: Downstream port is not working

Part Number: TUSB4041I-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB4041I

Hi,

I am using TUSB4041I USB HUB on my custom board.

Interfaces USB HUB upstream USB port to NXP iMX6Q processor USB host port. Upstream port detected successfully in Linux. But we are not able to see 4- downstream ports.

From all four ports, 1 port is removable devices & other 3 are permanently attached devices.

Find attached schematic for your review. In the schematic, Resistor R121 is not populated. I am using power control & over current feature for Downstream port 1, so connected FullPWRMGT pin with 10K pull down.

Currently, I am not using any I2C/SMBus interface or OTP register to configure the HUB.

Will this hardware configuration work or specific HUB configuration require?

Early responses would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ritesh.
