Hi E2E Community,

Our customer was using SD90UB953/954,

If we enable BIST mode, how can verify the pass condition?

Here is Pass pin output signal, If we doubt the signal quality were failure, how can we do the further confirmation?

Does TI have test utility to get more test information on this issue?

    David,
    some basic tests and functions are listed:
    1. please check the lock status of UB954, capturing the signal in lock pin
    2. for bist test, you can use pass pin to detect whether bit error is reported
    3. you also can check crc error and parity status in the registers
    4. please check the test cable, connector, board layout, supply design, clock design
