TUSB7340: ABS MAX limits on OVERCURx_N inputs

Part Number: TUSB7340

Customer has mistakenly tied OVERCURx_N input to 5V via a 3.3K pull-up.  This violates the ABS MAX limit of VDD33 + 0.5V.  Customer has a number of systems in the field and wants to understand the risk of damage to the device under these conditions.
