Part Number: DS90CR287

Hello,

Our customer use the DS90CR287.

The specification of the TCIT is 6ns (max.).

But the customer input clock as TCIT=6.1ns.

Perhaps, the specification of the TCIT is test condition.

So, if the customer don't follow this spec, there is no guarantee.

Is this thinking correct?

You are correct. This may work in practice but we cannot guarantee it work under all conditions since it exceeds the max spec.
