SN75DP139: Support 3840 x 2160 30Hz issue

Hello.

We used SN75DP139 for 3840 x 2160 30Hz Resolution. But can not work. 1080P is work now.

I have seen this old spec is support 25MHz. new spec are up to 34MHz.

On Device Marking on below. Please kindly let me know this device can support 3840 x 2160 30Hz or not. Thanks~

Dear Francisco.

Thanks for you reply. The attached file is schematic and layout for you reference. I change SRC pin to high and remove ESD and Bead still can not work on 3840 x 2160 30Hz. But 1080P is OK.

Please kindly give me some suggestions for this question. Thanks~

I send you my comments about your schematic.

- Can you change the /OE pull-down resistor for 0 Ohms resistor?

- Can you change the HPDINV pull- down resistor for 0 Ohms resistor?

- Perform double check on the DDC offset range.

- Perform double check on the bypass capacitors.

- I've attached a schematic as an example.

- The differential outputs are not clear to me, do you think is possible that you can send me the layout?
