DS90UB921-Q1: Is possible DS90UB921 to support RAW 12bit?

Hi all,

Please help to confirm DS90UB921 supports RAW 12bit or not.

If yes, the other unused pins (DIN[23:12]) should tie to an external pulldown directly, right?

Additionally, 1. what is the paired part with UB921? 2. what is PCLK?

Hi Steven,

Thanks for your confirmation.
I will have UB940 for deserializer. PCLK should be 74.25MHz from AR0140 image sensor.

Omin,
If paired with UB40, the RAW12 from UB921 can be:
If align is set to 1 and in raw12 mode the 12 bit data output should be {R[7:0], G[7:4]}. Here R[7] is the MSB and G[4] is the LSB bit. please be careful of the Din from UB921/5 when used in RAW12.
