Also, where is the "CSI_RX_STS" registers? I cannot find out from datasheet.

Hi Ken,
The CSI_RX_STS is not in the 964 register. The mentioning in the 964 datasheet should be removed. I will make a note for that..

It's not easy to understand whole of interrupt system from the datasheet. I hope this will help other enginerer.
