Do I need to terminate the input pins (SGMII mode):
PHY Unconnected Pins:
- GTX_CLK: Input with Pull down at power up
- TX_D3: Input with Pull down at power up
- TX_D2: Input with Pull down at power up
- TX_CTRL: Input with Pull down at power up
- RX_CLK: Output no need to terminate
- CLK_OUT: Output no need to terminate
