Hi Manickam,

According to AN-2198, internal reference oscillator has 200MHz frequency and divided to 33MHz.

So it is OK with accuracy of 33MHz clock.

Would you provide accuracy of 33MHz clock?

Hello,
As noted in the internal pattern generator app note AN-2198, the internal oscillator frequency can be a min of 140 MHz, typical of 200 MHz and max of 260 MHz. So the variation is 200 MHz +/- 30%.
