Hi Nir,

Please note below:

1- Material: BT RESIN CCL-HL832NX with Taiyo PSR4000 AUS308 solder mask

2- Plating:

a). Cu 15 to 20 umeter

b). Ni 10 +/- 5 umeter

c). AU 0.75 +/- 0.25 umeter (leads only).
