i'm Valerio from Italy,i create pcb with SN65LVDS324,case 59 bga micro star,have dimension minimun guaranted of pads?I dimension pads minimun 12,8mills,is ok?

Could you please clarify what you are asking for? Is it the minimum diameter of the balls?

yes,i create decal for my pcb.When do i launch pcb my supplier have problem in minimun isolation.I dimension diameter balls in 12.8mills,is ok for decal SN65LVDS324?

I view step between the balls is 25.8mills,i create balls in decal for 12.8mills diameter and step 25.8mills,is ok?
