Could you let us know what it means?

When the data of 0x0012 changes from 80F7 to 62F7, is it possible to confirm by what the cause failure occurs?

    Link Quality Interrupt of 0x0012 MII Interrupt Status Register #1 (MISR1) : Phy decodes the MLT-3 data recieved on line and check whether signal quality is good to ascertain correctness of data. When the link quality is below threshold, it signals the Link Quality interrupt.

    Other bit which is set is "False Carrier" : In ethernet phy, every frame starts with SSD bit pattern, if phy observes that pattern is not correct, it signal false carrier.
