Hi Team,

Can you please help with finding a device for Camera link repeater with at least 500Mbps and part to part skew no more than 200ps?

I want to use DS25BR110 LVDS Buffer with Receive Equalization.

The device have 2 pin of equalization.

I use data a rate of 500Mhz.

I need help what to do with 2 pin of equalization.

I’m doing a simulation with DS25BR110 and I can’t understand how to determine the configured equalization.

Is it configurable at all in the IBIS model? If not, what is the equalization that is used in the model?

    Hi Shlomi,

    There is not much equalization gain available to just 500 Mbps.  The input equalization is optimized for 3 Gbps operation.

    Unfortunately the IBIS model does not include the ability to simulate for equalizer settings.

    How much attenuation do you have in the camera link application?
