Or is there a way to increase the signal strength?

    Hello-

    There are no re-driver ICs that support FPD-LINK III devices including DS90UB925-Q1. The DS90UB92x device support transmission distances of up to 10m over STP cables. Longer transmission distances require a repeater. Implementation of a repeater is described in the device datasheet.
