LMH0397: Cable Length Detection

Does the LMH0397 have Cable Length Detection capability, similar to LMH0387? I know it does not have a CLI register readout, but is there some other way to determine the approximate cable length?

Hi Harry,

EQ Index - ConfigIO register 0x25 is an indication of the cable length attached.

Thanks for the reply. Is there a translation from EQ Index to cable length, as in Figure 8 of the LMH0387 data sheet? While I understand that this is cable dependent, it would be helpful to have the approximate translation, as I assume it is not linear.
