I looking for reference design of below condition;

・Gigabit ether (DP83867)

・Described for detailed information and design of PTP (IEEE 1588 Time Stamp Support)

I didn't find match information in the TI Design.

If there any reference design, please let me know.

Hi Satoshi-san,

We do not have a reference design for this.
The DP83640 has a lot of support material regarding PTP implementation.
Similar principles can be applied to the DP83867.

Thank you for advice.

About DP83640, I feel very easy to use PTP because only register setting(Datasheet page-104).

Is DP83867 have similar setting register?

I didn't find these register. if there information I overlooked, please let me know.

Hi Satoshi-san,

The DP83867IR support IEEE1588 SFD. There is no timestamp support in the DP83867IR.
You can use the SFD feature to have an accurate reference point on when frames arrive and are send out of the MDI.
