DP83867IR: VDDIO, VDDA1P8 and VDDA2P5 bypass capacitors

Part Number: DP83867IR
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-00204,

I start to use this DP83867IR to my project and I found bypass capacitor recommendation for VDDIO, VDDA1P8 and VDDA2P5 on page12 and  113 of the data sheet are 1uF paralleled with 0.1uF together. But I have also found on other document "TIDA-00204" that bypass capacitor are 10uF instead of 1uF. Does anyone can tell me which design is more appropriate and why? Thank you.
