TUSB211: Signal integrity issue in FS mode

Hi team,

A customer uses TUSB211, but they have a problem of signal integrity that fails in the test of FS mode. There is no issue on HS speed. Can you give them any advices to solve it, or introduce any devices with full speed compensation?

The TUSB211 is a USB High-Speed (HS) signal conditioner, designed to compensate for ISI signal loss in a transmission channel. When detecting full speed and low speed, TUSB211 does not alter the signal characteristics, while HS signals are compensated. Does FS signal integrity pass directly from the host? Would you please share the test report and schematic?
