TFP403: support HDMI2.0 and HDMI1.4?

TFP403 datasheet shows it could support DVI 1.0. Customer need to support HDMI 2.0 and HDMI 1.4. Could you kindly help check if TFP403 could support? Thanks!

Hello David,

TFP401 can receive HDMI type digital video signals. HDMI and DVI signals are identical. Note that HDMI 1.3 supports >165MHz pixel clock for extra high resolutions, whereas TFP403 supports <165Mhz.

Customer scenario is resolution 1920x1080p@60，pixel clock 148M. For this HDMI 1.4 and HDMI 2.0. Could TFP403 support? If no, which device do you recommend for this scenario? Thanks a lot!

Yes, the TFP403 supports a pixel clock of 148MHz.

So for customer scenario, TPF401 and TFP403, which device is more suitable?

Resolution 1920x1080p@60，pixel clock 148M, HDMI 1.4 and HDMI 2.0.
