Dear Team,

could you please help understanding:

can Pin 44 TESTEN or RES be directly connected to GND?
can Pin 6 BISTEN be directly connected to GND or VDDIO without pull-up or pull-down ?

Currently we have pull-up or pull-down on this pins, but want to remove the resistors if not needed.

Hello-

Pin 44 (RES) and Pin 6 (BISTEN) may be directly connected to GND.

thank you for the information.

Can you also tell me for the pin 46, when using internal 1.1V can be the pin 46 be tied to gnd direct without pull down?
