PCA9555: maximum Junction temperature issue

Hello,

    We want to know the maximum Junction temperature of PCA9555, but it's not mentioned in the datasheet, would you please give your hand on this? thanks very much!

    Hey leo xue,

    Unfortunately we (TI) did not characterize this device with the maximum junction temperature but rather ambient temperature however I believe the maximum storage temperature stated in the datasheet (150C) may give a fair estimate as to what the maximum junction temperature you may be able to expect. (May want to assume a lower value for some margin of error)

    EDIT: changes to the original sentence about characterization and added a statement in parenthesis. Simulations done used 100C which would suggest it supports atleast 100C.
