HD3SS215: Switch control

Dear Team,

My customer has the following question for HD3SS215 HDMI 2:1 switch. Are they able to control the sink/source direction (bi-directional) and switching direction of HDMI signal?

For example, switching between HDMI source signal and HDMI sink signal at the same time?

This switch is able to handle these signals in both directions but not at the same time.

Dear Francisco,

Thanks for your reply. May I know if we have HDMI switch solution handling sink/source and switch direction at the same time?

Customer thought a switch IC with two control pins should perform such requirement.
