    Hey Wayne,

    Currently we do not have a device like this in our portfolio.

    We are however always looking for opportunities to expand our portfolio if the business case is there for it. Are you able to tell us the EE/application where you would want this and why something like using the TCA4311A plus a level translator (like PCA9306) after it may not be a suitable/preferred solution?

    Also the potential volume on this and customer (I assume this is sensitive information so you can email me this information if needed @ duynguyen@ti.com).
