Hey Sundar,
My understanding is the "PCA9306TDCURQ1" device is the version which supports higher temperature though from what you pointed out, 105C looks to be its max operating temperature.
I've reached out to our marketing team (they have more knowledge on new revisions) to see if we had another version which specifies a higher temp range outside the online catalogue but I was told the T version of this device was the highest temp range we offered.

You are correct the max recommended operating is 105C but I suspect the device will still function a bit outside of that range. The recommended parameter on the datasheet means anything outside that range may not meet datasheet specs anymore but could still function. What I believe will happen is related with this device's Ron parameters which will be a little bit larger and will very slightly influence the fall times and propagation delays of the device (I suspect I2C communication at standard mode and fast mode shouldn't see any noticeable deviations in performance).
I've done some temperature testing on the PCA9306-Q1 (T version) and looked at Ron which you can read here:
Max storage temperature of the device is 150C which makes me believe the device wouldn't break at 125C operating. (Please note this is my opinion and TI has not done testing to verify an operating range of 125C)

I have one more nugget of information that is important to note in addition to what Bobby stated, above 105C the reliability of the part will start to degrade. We specifically mean that the Failures In Time (FIT) rate will increase. I don't have specifics about the actual difference in FIT rates, but I know temps over 105C do affect this.
