DS90UB929-Q1: TMDS Clock Auto behavior

I have questions about below.

>The internal clock source will start working from the very bigining, right after powering-on the device.

Did "after powering-on" mean "after activate PDB" ?

If so, after activate PDB, internal clock will work at first even if valid TMDS clock input to 929. And after stable internal clock, switch over TMDS clock.

Is my understanding correct ?

And also, how about operating condition ?
Ex, At first, valid TMDS clock input to 929. After that, valid TMDS clock will lost due to certain reason.
In above case, clock source will switch over to internal clock as well.
