DS90UB954-Q1: Corrupted CSI Output

Part Number: DS90UB954-Q1

Hi,

I am using the Sony IMX274 connected to the DS90UB953 serializer to the DS90UB954 de-serializer. The sensor setup works normally, when not passing through the FPD3-LINK, but with the DS90UB953/4 pair I get a thin strip of valid image data (about 192 pixels) with the rest of the line being corrupted.

I am not getting any CSI errors (registers 0x5c-0x60 are 0), and 0x61 consistently reports 0x12

It looks like the imager frame output looks like this:

[HDR: 0x00, Frame Start]

[HDR: 0x12, Embedded data (140 bytes+46 pad bytes), PF]

[HDR: 0x37, Black Pixels, PF]

[HDR: RAW12 0x2c, Image Data (1920 pixels), PF]

. . .

1080 lines total

. . .

[HDR: RAW12, Image Data, PF]

[HDR: 0x01, Frame End]

The image output looks like this:

Any idea why the lines would be truncated like this?

Thanks,

Adam
